Big Gigantic – Uprising Tour at Fillmore Auditorium

Their name sounds redundant, but they always deliver a performance that’s twice the fun and twice the excitement before fans and audiences that grow a hundred-fold.  Saxophonist/producer DOMINIC LALLI and drummer JEREMY SALKEN are like two-headed monsters with eight arms that dish out  instrumental livetronica, hip-hop, jazz, and EDM.  Collectively, they are  known as BIG GIGANTIC, and they’re headed  to Denver, Colorado for a live performance that will shake the floor and raise the roof!   Catch this awesome leg of their ‘Uprising Tour’ on September 27, 2013, 8:00 pm.

 Dominic Lalli and Jeremy Salken basically play saxophone and drums, respectively, but much of the excitement and energy of their performances come from their DJ-styled production, improvizations, and multi-tasking.  The Big Gigantic experience is an amalgam of electronic-jazz-jam-hip-hop-dance audio production, energized with a fantastic light and visual showcase.  Rolling Stone magazine lists them as as one of the “10 Must-See Acts” ; and Spin magazine has recorded that they are in the list of  top 20 artist with the most number of summer festival appearances, such as the  Lollapalooza,  Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, and many others.
