They’re not only bringing their own genre that blends world music and psychedelic trance to the stage but also an impressive lineup! Joining Shpongle in Denver will be special guests Android Jones, The Trifinity, and AHEE. Dubbed one of the main figures in the visionary arts movement, Android Jones is a digital and multimedia artist who experiments with fantasy and psychedelic art. Meanwhile, Yheti, Toadface, and Mt. Analogue make up The Trifinity who blur the lines between DJ sets, performance art and ritual ceremonies, taking audiences into a new, triangular dimension. And let’s not forget AHEE, the iconic artist known for high-energy dubstep and hypnotic sonic exploration.

Formed in 1996, Shpongle is a UK psychedelic electronic music duo made up of Hallucinogen and Raja Ram. Considered the founders of the psybient genre, this project blends world music with psychedelic trance and ambient.
The music project began after Hallucinogen and Raja Ram witnessed a solar eclipse in India. After the occurrence, they took to the studio to try to recreate the experience in sonic form, resulting in a mind-bending 20-minute track titled "…And The Day Turned To Night." In 1999, Shpongle introduced their debut full-length album, Are You Shpongled? and Tales of the Inexpressible was their sophomore album which dropped in 2001, featuring quirky Spanish and East Asian instrumentation. Nothing Lasts...but Nothing Is Lost (Remastered, 2019) was released in 2005 and was their third and supposedly final project. However, the duo returned in 2009 with the legendary Ineffable Mysteries, drawing on world music elements, as well as the God Particle EP (2010), Museum of Consciousness (2013), and Codex VI (2017). Shpongle are an unstoppable force!! In 2019, they played two incredible sold out shows at Red Rocks, Colorado and they’re definitely not showing any signs of slowing down this year with Shpongledroid at the Fillmore Auditorium!!
